I was the sole UX/UI designer on the ONE20 product team and as such, facilitated collaboration across disciplines as we worked toward effective solutions. Our goal was to support long-haul truckers through easy-to-use apps for some of their common woes (at least those that technology could attempt to solve). We had two main app experiences: ONE20 Maps (Android and iOS) for trip planning and truck-safe navigation and F-ELD (Android, iOS, and web) for electronic logging and form submission to stay compliant on the road.

Iterative design and development
I worked closely with the developers throughout the lifecycle of the products, regularly taking in feedback from real users through usability testing, informational interviews, and observational “ride-alongs". The results of those tests and conversations helped us flesh out user profiles and journeys that informed our features logs and enhancements to continue to deliver on our promise to better serve the trucker community.
